Mark leads the TRO JB organization and works with the firm’s staff and clients to align project strategy with long-term objectives for success. He is a hands-on leader and a long-time advocate for best practices in sustainable design and energy innovation.

Stephen Evers AIA
President

Steve is known for his creative and practical approach to solving the most challenging client problems in healthcare design. His experience with design planning, budgeting and alternatives development is founded on four decades of successful healthcare projects built in the US and overseas.

Principal

Jerry is engaged in large multi-use and international projects at TRO JB. He has three decades of experience working in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. He currently leads several healthcare projects in Kuwait, with a strong network of consultants and clients in the US and overseas.

Joseph Bynum AIA, LEED AP
Managing Principal, Birmingham

Joe provides a combination of business insight and thoughtful facilities planning experience to his design team and clients. He is skilled at assembling effective project teams, and understands the nature of design and planning for both financial and aesthetic value delivery.

Alison Faecher IIDA, NCIDQ, LEED AP BD+C
Associate Principal

Alison leads the interior design group at TRO JB, helping clients and staff to plan and implement branding, strategy, and design solutions for healthcare and commercial environments. Alison co-chairs the Professional Development/Healthcare Network Committee for the IFMA Boston .

Keith’s electrical engineering experience is characterized by his collaborative approach to problem solving and design efficiency. He combines his business and technical training in his role as engineering project manager for complex projects design and studies.

Brian McKenna AIA, CSI CCCA, LEED AP BD+C
Associate Principal

A former construction administrator, Brian has a refined understanding of both healthcare construction contracts and the roles and responsibilities each stakeholder has in a project success. He is known for his team approach to the design of large-scale healthcare projects.

Neil Middleton AIA
Principal

Neil’s experience with programming, master planning, feasibility studies and architectural design spans over three decades and millions of square feet. He understands the business challenges of real estate development, and provides architectural solutions to optimize client investments.

James Newton PE, LEED AP BD+C
Principal

Jamie is responsible for the design of more than three million square feet of clinical, diagnostic, acute care, and specialty facilities over his 22 year engineering design career. Prior to becoming a TRO JB principal, he led the firm’s mechanical engineering department for over ten years.

Mart, a native of Estonia, has earned a well-established reputation as TRO JB’s expert in design development and construction technology. This expertise is gained from four decades of design, design development and construction supervision of the firm’s architectural and interior projects.
